Your customers now decide in feeds, in search and inside AI answers. Our senior team runs your Google, Meta, TikTok, YouTube, Amazon, Pinterest, Reddit and ChatGPT ads, with the creative, tracking and reporting that make them pay back.
Why the strategies that worked a few years ago fail in 2026.
01
Rising costs, shrinking attention
Competition for every placement keeps growing while people scroll faster. Basic ads go unnoticed.
02
Attribution blackout
Privacy changes and browser restrictions mean pixels miss conversions. You can't scale what you can't track.
03
Algorithm shifts
Broad match and AI bidding need strong data inputs, not just keyword lists and interest targeting.
04
Creative fatigue
Ads wear out in days, not months. The algorithm rewards a steady stream of fresh, video-first creative.
05
Platform paralysis
Google, Meta, TikTok, YouTube, Amazon, Pinterest, Reddit, now ChatGPT. Without one strategy, budget is wasted on guesswork.
How it fits together
One strategy, routed to every platform.
Your offer, creative and first-party data go in once. We adapt them to each platform's AI and bring the results back into one live dashboard.

What changed in 2026
The ad platforms rewrote the rules this year.
What's new on each platform, and what it means for your budget. We update this list as things change.
ChatGPT Ads New
Feb–Oct 2026
Ads arrive inside ChatGPT.
OpenAI began testing ads for logged-in adults on ChatGPT's Free and Go plans in the US in February, and expanded to the UK, Mexico, Brazil, Japan and South Korea in August. In October it started testing visual ads next to image generation.
A new way to reach people at the moment they ask for a recommendation, while competition is still low.
Search ads can now appear inside Google's AI answers. Campaigns qualify through AI Max for Search, broad match, Performance Max or Shopping, and Google keeps extending AI Max to new sectors such as travel.
Exact keyword lists matter less. Landing pages, assets and your product feed decide when you appear.
Sales, app and lead campaigns on Facebook and Instagram start as Advantage+, and detailed targeting is treated as a suggestion. Generative tools turn product photos into video ads, and Meta is working towards fully AI-built campaigns.
The algorithm finds the audience. Your creative and the conversion data you send back decide the results.
Smart+ automates targeting, bidding and budget, with more control over which parts stay manual. Symphony generates scripts, avatars and dubbing, and GMV Max optimises campaigns for TikTok Shop sales.
Native-looking video at volume wins, and TikTok Shop sellers can tie spend straight to sales.
One Demand Gen campaign runs across YouTube, Shorts, Gmail and Discover, with shoppable ads on connected TVs and one-tap image ads in Shorts. Google reports that adding TV screens brings about 7% more conversions at the same return.
Video is no longer only for awareness: it can be optimised for sales, from phones to living-room TVs.
Sponsored product placements now appear inside conversations with Amazon's AI shopping assistant, extended from Sponsored Products campaigns. Amazon DSP and Prime Video ads reach shoppers beyond the store.
AI reads your titles, images and reviews before a shopper does. Listing quality and ads now work together.
Pinterest added Visual Search Ads, Priority Products and self-serve A/B testing to Performance+. It says its new creative AI model lifted clicks by 7.5% in testing.
Pinners are planning purchases. A clean catalog and strong visuals give the AI what it needs.
Reddit's AI-guided Max campaigns expanded to app advertisers, the Shopify integration opened to everyone, and Collection Ads added shoppable product tiles. At Cannes it launched Shopping List Ads and made Redditor Highlights, which feature real user posts in ads, generally available.
Buyers research on Reddit before they purchase. Ads that sound like a helpful community member, not a banner, win the click.

FAQ
Questions, answered.
What are NextGen Ads?
+
NextGen Ads is thedigitalhacks' advertising service for the AI era. A senior team plans and runs your campaigns on Google, Meta (Facebook and Instagram), TikTok, YouTube, Amazon, Pinterest, Reddit and ChatGPT, including video-first creative, server-side conversion tracking and live reporting.
How much does it cost?
+
Management plans start at $349 a month (Starter, one platform, ad budgets up to $2,000), then $629 (Growth), $909 (Business) and $1,399 (Enterprise). Each fee is the minimum shown or a share of monthly ad spend, whichever is higher. There is also a $550 one-off 30-day pilot.
Is ad spend included?
+
No. Your ad budget is paid directly to Google, Meta and the other platforms from your own accounts, so you always see exactly what was spent.
Do you require long-term contracts?
+
The $550 pilot has no long-term contract. Monthly plans have a minimum term of three months (six for Enterprise), because platform AI needs time to learn and results are judged at 30, 60 and 90 days.
Can you run ChatGPT ads for my business?
+
OpenAI launched ads in ChatGPT in the US in February 2026 and has since expanded to more countries, including the UK. Availability depends on your market and category. We check eligibility and run campaigns where ads are live, and pair them with AI search (AEO) work elsewhere.
How soon will I see results?
+
Campaigns go live within 7 business days of kickoff, and you get your 90-day roadmap within 72 hours. Platform AI needs a few weeks of data, so we review results at 30, 60 and 90 days.
Which platform should I start with?
+
It depends on your goal. Online stores usually start with Google Shopping or Performance Max and Meta, Amazon sellers with Sponsored Products, and lead generation with Google Search and Meta lead ads. The strategy call ends with a recommendation.
Do I keep my ad accounts and data?
+
Yes. Campaigns run in ad accounts you own, and the tracking, audiences and creative stay with you.
What access do you need for the audit?
+
Only view-only access: read-only on Google Ads (or a manager-account link), Viewer on Google Analytics, partner access with view permission on Meta, Analyst on TikTok and view-only on Amazon. We never ask for passwords, nothing can be changed, and you can remove access at any time. The audit and proposal are free.
